Barbara Hepworth b.1903

Dame Jocelyn Barbara Hepworth DBE (January 10 1903 – May 20 1975) was an English artist and sculptor. Her work exemplifies Modernism and in particular modern sculpture. She was one of the few female artists of her generation to achieve international prominence.
