Sometimes,in this life, you're in the right place at the right time. I'm standing in the natioanl portrait gallery and people are rushing past, barely glancing at the paintings. Then, this chubby little girl walks in, looks at this painting, smiles broadly, claps her hands and yells "ho-ray!"
